VNBA opens training courses on cybercrime prevention for banking

It is expected that in March and April 2025, the Vietnam Banks Association (VNBA) will organize 4 training courses on cybercrime prevention related to banking activities. We respectfully invite members to send representatives to attend.

VNBA organized 4 training courses on preventing and combating cybercrime related to banking activities because recently, the situation of crimes using cyberspace to commit fraud and property appropriation has increased and become more complicated. Technology criminals can take control of phones, access bank accounts through websites, links, applications, fake accounts... to steal money and property.

The first two courses will be on March 15, 2025 (Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:30) and April 05, 2025 (Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:30) at the State Bank Hall, No. 25 Ly Thuong Kiet, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi.

VNBA opens training courses on cybercrime prevention for banking

The last two courses will be on March 22, 2025 (Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:30) and March 29, 2025 (Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:30) at the Hall of the State Bank of Vietnam, Ho Chi Minh City Branch, No. 12 Ham Nghi, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.

The training program includes identifying fake emails; Identifying fake links; Analyzing links, files; Identifying fake images; Identifying fraud impersonating VNeID, VssID, EVN... and case studies on cyber fraud cases related to banking activities

The targeted participants are leaders of business departments, risk management, information security, data management; officers and specialists in credit departments, appraisers, and supervisors of security measures of credit institutions and other related units.

The course lecturer is Mr. Ngo Minh Hieu (Hieu PC) - Cybersecurity expert - Director of Anti-Fraud Project; International Certificate of Computer Crime Investigation Expert and Information Intelligence Analyst

Regarding tuition fees, for VNBA members, pay 1,000,000 VND/learner. For other organizations, pay 2,000,000 VND/learner.
