VNBA Charter
-Pursuant to the Law on the right to establish associations dated May 20, 1957;
-Pursuant to the Decree No. 63/2022/ND-CP dated September 12, 2022 of the Government defining functions, duties, power and organizational structure of the Ministry of Home Affairs;
-Pursuant to the Decree No. 45/2010/ND-CP dated April 21, 2010 of the Government regulating the organization, operation and management of associations and the Decree No. 33/2012/ ND-CP dated April 13, 2012 of the Government amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Decree No. 45/2010/ND-CP;
-At the proposal of the Chairman of Vietnam Banks Association and the Director of Department of Non-Governmental Organizations.
The Ministry of Home Affairs has approved the Charter (revised, supplemented) of Vietnam Banks Association which was adopted by the Association’s Extraordinary Congress on July 8, 2022. This Decision takes effect from the date of signing.
