VNBA strengthens efforts to combat card payment fraud

VNBA holds meeting to gather feedback for finalising cross-border QR code payment handbook
On the morning of November 17 2025, the Vietnam Banks Association (VNBA) convened a drafting committee meeting for the “Unified Handbook for Providing Cross-Border QR Payment Services in Vietnam” (the Handbook) in order to solicit and incorporate feedback from more than 25 entities, including banks, finance companies, and payment intermediaries.
