VNBA seeks members' feedback on the Draft Amendment to Decree 58 on credit information services

The Vietnam Banks Association (VNBA) has recently issued a document to its member organizations, requesting them to review and provide feedback on the draft Decree amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 58/2021/ND-CP (Decree 58) on the provision of credit information services.

This consultation process is being conducted at the request of the State Bank of Vietnam under Official Dispatch No. 854/ATHT2, dated April 24, 2026, aiming to gather input from credit institutions to finalize the draft.

For detailed information on the Draft Amendment, the proposal, the evaluation report, appendices, and the comparison table, members please view them [here]. The Vietnam Banks Association kindly requests member credit institutions to contribute their opinions on this draft.
