The new Circular aims to amend and supplement a number of Articles of Circular No. 43/2015/TT-NHNN dated December 31, 2015 of the SBV Governor stipulating the organizational structure and the operations of the post transaction offices under Lien Viet Post Joint Stock Commercial Bank, Circular No. 29/2024/TT-NHNN dated June 28, 2024 of the SBV Governor regulating the people's credit funds, and Circular No. 32/2024/TT-NHNN dated June 30, 2024 of the SBV Governor stipulating the operational networks of the commercial banks.
The new Circular will enter into force on July 1, 2025.
The new Circular is composed of 05 Articles, specifically as follows:
Article 1: Amending and supplementing a number of Articles of Circular No. 43/2015/TT-NHNN dated December 31, 2015 of the SBV Governor stipulating the organizational structure and the operations of the post transaction offices under Lien Viet Post Joint Stock Commercial Bank (previously already amended and supplemented in 2022 and 2023).
Article 2: Amending and supplementing a number of Articles of Circular No. 29/2024/TT-NHNN dated June 28, 2024 of the SBV Governor regulating the people's credit funds.
Article 3: Amending and supplementing a number of Articles of Circular No. 32/2024/TT-NHNN dated June 30, 2024 of the SBV Governor stipulating the operational networks of the commercial banks.
Article 4: Responsibilities for the implementation.
Article 5: Entry into force.
