To all leaders, civil servants and employees of the Vietnam Banks Association
On the occasion of the 30th Anniversary of the establishment of Vietnam Banks Association (May 14, 1994 – May 14, 2024), on behalf of the Personnel Board of the SBV’s Party Committee and the SBV’s Board of Management, I would like to convey the best wishes to all of the former and current leaders, civil servants and employees of the Vietnam Banks Association (VNBA).
After 30 years of construction and development, VNBA has increasingly affirmed its role as a professional association representing and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of Vietnam banking community and credit institutions, being a reliable bridge between member organizations and State management agencies, thereby gathering a large number of members to agree and effectively implement solutions on operating monetary policy of the Government, the State Bank of Vietnam and supplying modern, diversified banking services, thus making an important contribution to the process of innovation, development and international integration of the country, in general and the banking sector, in particular.
On behalf of the Personnel Board of the SBV’s Party Committee and the SBV’s Board of Management, I would like to praise and congratulate the outstanding achievements and practical contributions of the VNBA's leaders, civil servants and employees for the overall development of the Banking sector and the country.
Dear Comrades!
In the current period, our country is making efforts to comprehensively and synchronously promote innovation and extensive international integration. I hope that VNBA will continue to perform well its role as a focal point to link, to unite and to encourage member organizations to implement seriously the Party and the Government's guidelines and policies as well as the managing solutions of the State Bank of Vietnam; to maintain the discipline and professional ethics, contributing to the successful implementation of the banking sector’s tasks, focusing on the goals and tasks of the Strategies and Projects that the Banking sector is focusing on implementing; to actively participate in building the main mechanism policies to improve the legal framework for the banking operations; to strengthen propaganda, encouragement, and coordination among member organizations to well implement the Standards of Professional Ethics and the Code of Conduct for bankers and employees that VNBA has issued.
I do believe that with the spirit of dynamism, creativity, solidarity and responsibility, VNBA will continue to successfully complete all assigned tasks and deserves to be a place of solidarity, association and gathering of strength from members so as to contribute to the overall development of the banking sector in the new period.
I wish all generations of leaders, civil servants and employees of VNBA the best of health, happiness and success.
