Consumer Finance Club (Vietnam Banks Association) shared experience of fraud prevention

On the morning of July 14, the Consumer Finance Club (Vietnam Banks Association) held a conference called "Sharing experiences on prevention, control fraud and agreeing on a plan to build Blacklist database of finance companies”.

The conference contributes to improving the effectiveness of fraud prevention and control, reducing risks in the course of operation.

Representatives of Mcredit attending the conference included Mr. Le Quoc Ninh - Chairman of Consumer Finance Club, CEO  of Mcredit, Mr. Tanaka Toshizo - Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Junichi Muramatsu - Director of Risk Management, Mr. Nguyen Canh Thanh - Deputy Director of Security and Ms. Mai Hoang Yen - Director of Fraud Risk Management Center.

Representatives of consumer finance companies brought assessment of current fraud prevention and control, as well as shared experiences in implementing fraud prevention and control that related to cards and traditional products. The representative of Mcredit shared the implementation plan to build a common Blacklist database among the members about people who have signs and/or fraudulent behavior.

The event is even more meaningful as Consumer Finance Club celebrating the 1 year anniversary (July 14, 2022 - July 14, 2023).
