BIDV pioneers pilot deployment of RSHUB via VneID

On 22 May 2025, the Police Department for Administrative Management of Social Order (C06), under the Ministry of Public Security, officially launched the Centralized Remote Digital Signing Hub (RSHUB) integrated with the VNeID platform. BIDV is honored to be the first commercial bank to pilot this groundbreaking solution within its online loan application process via the BIDV Home app.
A breakthrough digital platform for advancing Digital Finance and E-Government

The centralized remote digital signing solution on VNeID represents a strategic milestone in the standardization of digital authentication for electronic transactions. This is especially critical in sectors like banking and finance where robust identity verification and very high levels of security are essential. Starting 22 May 22 2025, individuals can register for digital signature certificates directly on VNeID to perform authenticated electronic transactions. Leveraging VNeID for identity verification minimizes risks, streamlines integration costs associated with multiple third-party providers, and establishes a unified authentication standard for both public and financial service ecosystems.

At the launch event, senior representatives from the Ministry of Public Security and other key stakeholders officially inaugurated the RSHUB platform on VNeID

Colonel Ngo Nhu Cuong, Deputy Director of the C06 Department, Ministry of Public Security, remarked:

The centralized remote digital signing hub on VNeID is a vital infrastructure component that ensures seamless digital identity authentication across citizens, businesses and management agencies. We highly commend BIDV’s leadership and proactiveness in integrating this solution into its operational workflows, thereby delivering tangible value to customers and supporting the broader vision of inclusive digital access for all.

BIDV Leads Digital Transformation in Lending with VNeID-Based Digital Signature

In line with the Government’s strategic direction on national digital transformation, BIDV has taken the lead in embedding the remote digital signing solution into its digital lending journey through the BIDV Home platform. This specialized digital financial application caters to retail customers seeking loans for home purchases, electric vehicles, and other green financing needs.

By utilizing digital signature authentication via VNeID from the outset, BIDV has significantly simplified customer onboarding, accelerated document processing, eliminated physical paperwork, and enhanced security, transparency, and user experience.

Speaking at the event, Ms. Pham Phuong Lan, Deputy Head of BIDV's Retail Banking Division, delivering a speech at the Ceremony to announce the pilot implementation of the centralized remote digital signing hub on VNeID

We greatly appreciate the Ministry of Public Security's role in building digital infrastructure-particularly the development of a unified identification and authentication framework through VNeID. This initiative serves as a solid foundation for BIDV and the banking sector to scale secure and efficient digital financial services, bringing greater convenience to customers.

Looking ahead, BIDV plans to collaborate closely with the Ministry of Public Security and relevant stakeholders to expand the application of the centralized remote digital signing solution across multiple customer touchpoints. These include: digital signing of loan agreements, online savings deposits via BIDV SmartBanking, in-branch transaction such as account openings and deposits/withdrawals, integration with national public service portals and digital platforms, etc.

This strategic initiative underscores BIDV's commitment to supporting regulatory bodies in accelerating the comprehensive digital transformation of Vietnam’s financial services industry - contributing to the development of a Digital Government, Digital Society, Digital Citizen and Digital Business.
