Looking for partners to access the security of Internet Banking system

Nam A Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Nam A Bank) invites qualified, capable and experienced contractors to participate in competitive bidding to evaluate the security of the bank's Internet Banking system.

The content of the work includes: Pentesting the Internet Banking system of Nam A Bank, including web platform (https://ops.namabank.com.vn) and mobile (Android and iOS); Complying with OWASP standards on security assessment of web and mobile platforms (Android and iOS); Details of OWASP standards on security assessment of web and mobile platforms (Android and iOS) see here.

In particular, the bidding unit must be an enterprise on the list of valid licenses of the Ministry of Information and Communications (List of enterprises that have been granted licenses to trade in network information security products and services. For details, please refer here). At the same time, have more than 5 years of experience in the field of testing attacks and have implemented similar projects for banks within 1 year from the time of bidding.

Bidding documents, including: Documents proving that they meet the requirements of Nam A Bank; Detailed bidding table; Currency in the bidding documents is in Vietnamese Dong and the bidding price must include all necessary taxes and fees; Bidding documents must be valid for at least 60 days.

Bidding documents must be packaged in sealed envelopes, the documents in the Documents must have the signature of the legal representative and the Company's seal, including 01 original and 02 copies.

The deadline for receiving bid documents is before 17:00 on June 20, 2024. For documents submitted after 17:00 on June 20, 2024, Nam A Bank will consider accepting or not accepting depending on the actual situation and in accordance with regulations.
