IVB Bank announced its debt offering

Indovina Bank Limited (IVB) has just announced an offering to sell secured debts to recover loans. The time to receive applications from organizations/individuals wishing to buy debt is before 5:00 p.m. on May 31, 2024.

Accordingly, IVB, with address 97A Nguyen Van Troi, Ward 11, Phu Nhuan District, City. Ho Chi Minh City (Contact person is Mr. Tran Duc Thang, phone number is 0908.302.150 or Nguyen Duy Quyet, phone number is 0902.870.003).

The first offered debt is from Hoa Binh Xanh Trading and Construction Investment Joint Stock Company, with a temporary debt value as of April 30, 2024 of 192,167,000,000 VND, with collateral real estate at the Hoi An valued at a total value of 478,254,000,000 VND.

The second offered debt is from Five Star Investment Joint Stock Company, with a temporary debt value as of April 30, 2024 of 309,859,000,000 VND, with collateral real estate at Hoi valued at a total of 500,017,000,000 VND.

The third offered debt is that of Nguyen Anh Tuan, with a temporary debt value as of April 30, 2024 of 46,879,000,000 VND, with the collateral asset of an apartment in Hoi An valued at a total of 73,018,000,000 VND.

The fourth offered debt is from Duong Man Joint Stock Company, with a temporary debt value as of April 30, 2024 of 482,453,000,000 VND, with collateral assets being real estate and stocks, which are valued at total of 653,871,000,000 VND.

The fifth offered debt is from Phu Tai Co., Ltd., with a temporary debt value as of April 30, 2024 of 68,249,000,000 VND, with security assets being real estate in Hanoi and other provinces valued at a total of 142,655,000,000 VND.

The selling price of the first, second and third offered debt is 548,905,000,000 VND. For the fourth debt, the offering price is 482,453,000,000 VND and the fifth debt of 68,249,000,000 VND.

In which, IVB sells the entire debt in its original state, including: All rights and interests attached to the debt of the Seller to the Debtor; The right to dispose of security assets and other related benefits according to the provisions of law belong to the Seller's ownership; including rights and obligations before, during and after debt trading.

Non-recourse buying and selling method, with selling price according to market price and agreement of the parties after approval by IVB. IVB will select the buyer based on the principle of the one who submits complete and valid documents and has the highest bid price.

Debt purchase offer documents include: Debt purchase proposal document (clearly stating the purchase price) and Financial capacity profile.
