
To avoid any disruption in using your payment account via electronic channels (including VCB DigiBiz, VCB CashUp, VCB iB@nking, and other digital platforms provided by Vietcombank), we kindly request that all corporate clients promptly update the biometric information of their legal representative with the bank before July 1, 2025.
After this date, if the update has not been completed, electronic payment and withdrawal transactions will be temporarily suspended in accordance with the regulations of the State Bank of Vietnam.
Instructions for updating biometric information:
- For legal representatives currently using VCB Digibank:
Please update your valid identification document and biometric information directly via VCB Digibank. Detailed instructions are available [here].
Note: This applies to Vietnamese nationals who have either (i) a chip-based Citizen ID card or National ID card, or (ii) a Level 2 electronic identification account (VNeID) and the latest version of the VNeID application.
- For legal representatives not yet using VCB Digibank:
Please visit the nearest Vietcombank branch for assistance with the update process.
