The State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) recently issued Document No. 7125/NHNN-TD, dated August 7, 2026, addressed to commercial banks and SBV regional branches regarding the implementation of a credit program aimed at economic growth drivers and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
