Promulgation of Circular No. 41/2026/TT-NHNN amending and supplementing several articles of Circular No. 35/2015/TT-NHNN dated December 31, 2015
On August 25, 2026, the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) signed and promulgated Circular No. 41/2026/TT-NHNN amending and supplementing several articles of Circular No. 35/2015/TT-NHNN dated December 31, 2015, which regulates the statistical reporting regime applicable to credit institutions and foreign bank branches (collectively referred to as credit institutions).
