For legal representatives of institutional customers at VietinBank who are also individual customers whose identification documents and biometric data have already been collected and verified by VietinBank, and for your convenience, based on the information you have provided/registered with VietinBank, we respectfully inform you that from June 18, 2025, VietinBank will proactively synchronize the verification results of identification documents and biometric information from individual customer data to the data of the legal representative of the institutional customer.
In the event that you do not agree with the above synchronization, please kindly contact the nearest VietinBank branch or transaction office to carry out the verification of the identification documents and biometric information of the legal representative of the institutional customer before June 18, 2025. After this date, if VietinBank does not receive any response from you, we will understand that you have confirmed and agreed to allow VietinBank to do the synchronization, and you shall hold VietinBank harmless from any liability arising from this data synchronization as stated in this Notice.
